I personally think that by sporting Halter necked dresses and crop tops, you're able to achieve sexiness while maintaining a sense of classiness without exposing too much. As for prom dresses, the shape of a halter neckline becomes more unique compared to a basic strapless/sleeveless dress. If you're looking to buy a new party dress, go for a halter neck!
